Delaware Students Take Numerous Honors at Annual BPA Conference

---Pencader student selected as national secondary president---

(Dover, DE.) More than 250 Delaware middle and high school business education students participated recently at the National Leadership Conference of Business Professionals of America in Anaheim, California.  These students joined more than 5,500 students from throughout the United States to participate in skill and leadership based competitive events, general sessions with keynote speakers, business meetings and leadership workshops.

The highlight of the conference was the presentation of the awards to the winners of the national contests, as well as the election of Brian Kelleher, Delaware’s own State President and a student from Pencader Business and Finance Charter High School, as the 2010-2011 National Secondary President. 

Top recognition was given to the following Delaware schools and students:
