DASA Essay Scholarship Winners
The Delaware Association of School Administrators (DASA) is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s essay contest. The theme of the essay is “Why I Chose Education as My Career Field.” Each winner will receive $1,000.
The winner of the William B. Keene Dedication Scholarship is Shana Mattes of Newark High School. Shana will be attending the University of Delaware in the fall.
The winner of the Paul Carlson Dedication Scholarship is Kirsten Gooden of Wilmington Christian School. Kirsten will be attending Susquehanna University in the fall.
Each winner will be recognized at DASA’s Annual Awards Ceremony to be held during the 8th Annual Policy and Practice Institute at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino on June 23, 2010.
