The Course Approval Forms have changed for 2013-2014. All LEAs must submit appropriate forms to DDOE in order to obtain funding for new CTE courses. Complete and submit forms for all new 2013-2014 CTE courses and/or pathways by either November 30, 2012 or by March 30, 2013. All courses requested must be part of a state approved CTE pathway.
Sample Cooperative Education and Diversified Occupations forms
Cooperative Education and Diversified Occupations forms for worksite agreements, training objectives, and evaluations of students while participating in cooperative education/diversified occupations are being revised. The sample forms are being revised to meet new guidelines from the U.S. Department of Labor's Child Labor Provisions for Nonagricultural Occupations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act Page 24 and Page 25 of the document outline requirements that must be addressed in worksite agreements.

Unit Count Report
View career and technical enrollment reports, based on September 30 unit count, by technical program area, district, or school. Reports include enrollment, Division I minutes, and Division I unit totals, course funding levels, and Division II minutes and units generated, by course code (CIP number).

View the complete list of state approved Career and Technical Education courses by CIP number, course name, pathway, and funding level. Approved course list reports can be viewed by district, school, and/or pathway area for the current and previous five school years.

CTE Pathways by Career Cluster - Provides a list of state approved CTE Pathway Codes by Career Cluster and the following Delaware DOE CTE program areas: Agriscience, Business Finance and Marketing, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Skilled and Technical Sciences.

CTE CIP codes – Pathways – Cluster Crosswalk Provides a list of state-approved CTE courses by CIP code, career cluster and funding level. The list of courses is cross-walked to related CTE Pathways. The list may be of assistance when scheduling courses for students who have selected a CTE pathway as part of their graduation requirements.

Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO) promote career excellence, leadership, and citizenship. The Delaware Department of Education requires Career and Technical Student Organizations to be an integral part of a high quality education program. Schools receiving Career and Technical Education funds must support an active student organization.
